Recently I assisted a client with special circumstances involving a listing of a beautiful luxury home which was valued at $1.7 million. The sellers felt strongly about maintaining their privacy so the property was not advertised on any public websites, including MLS. To complicate matters, the property ended up closing as a short sale. At the end of the day, it was a win-win for both buyer and seller who were pleased with the outcome.
